6.  What about music and slide shows?

Please use discretion when choosing your music.  All music must be approved by the wedding coordinator.  Please bring any necessary CD’s/DVD’s to the rehearsal.  We have music available; please contact wedding coordinator for details.

Slide shows can be made for a fee (seen question #5).  Also to have a slide show played you must have a video tech person present (also see #5).  Acceptable formats for slide shows are DVD, PowerPoint, Impress, MiniDV, AVI, mov-Quicktime, WMV-Windows Media, and RTV.  Sorry, no VHS.

PLEASE NOTE: If using PowerPoint or Impress, please make sure the audio is actually on the CD and not on your hard drive at home.  Also, if you make slide shows in PowerPoint or Impress, timing will be different.  So if timing is important to you please bring your computer so we may hook it up into our system.  Please bring to the rehearsal to do this in time.

7.  What about the marriage license?

You must get a marriage license at Macon County Clerks Office.  It must be obtained 1-60 days before the wedding.  Please bring the license to the rehearsal.  See website below for more information.
